NYCAHN/VOCAL Rally - September 2010

On September 17, 2010, in a joint effort with several AIDS Service organizations, ASC Staff and Peer Educators participated in a "30% Rent Cap Affordable Housing Rally" organized by NYCAHN/VOCAL and hosted by Harlem United, in the hopes of persuading Governor Paterson to sign into action an affordable housing bill.
