Staff, Peers, and Clients from ASC, Housing Works and other AIDS organizations in support of HIV-positive New Yorkers, marched through downtown NYC to deliver hundreds of complaints to Human Resources Administration Commissioner Robert Doar, demanding comprehensive reforms at New York City's HIV/AIDS Services Administration (HASA).
